Rigorosum procedure – conditions
The applicant submits or sends by mail the application to:
Fakulta zdravotníckych vied, Rázusova 14, 921 01 Piešťany
Application process for the rigorosum exam:
1. The student fills out and sends the form Application for the rigorosum exam,
2. The student fills out and sends the form Guidelines for preparing the rigorosum thesis.
Both forms must be submitted together for a complete application!
Along with the application and guidelines, submit attachments:

Officially certified copy of the university diploma

Officially certified copy of the state final exam certificate, or certificate of state exam

Copy of birth certificate (for married female applicants, also a copy of the marriage certificate)

Curriculum vitae

Graduates of foreign universities must include copies of nostrification documents and the nostrification clause if required

List of published works (if applicable)

Written consent of the applicant for personal data processing.
