The ALUMNI CLUB of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava is a way to stay connected with your university, where you have spent several years of your life. It creates a new space and opportunity for communication between all graduates and the university, or rather. your faculty.

If you join the ALUMNI CLUB, in addition to staying in touch with your ALMA MATER – UNIVERSITY OF ST. CYRIL AND METHOD IN TRNAVA, you will be informed about events at the university, what's new here, or how you could directly participate in events, educational activities and research.
Within the ALUMNI application, which runs as usual if not in AIS, you can search for your classmates. The more information you leave about yourself, the better for your friends who will want to find you. The system is closed and only our graduates have access to it after verifying their data.
We will send offers, invitations and other information to registered graduates by email, and vice versa, registered members on our website can present job offers to UCM students and graduates, or offer internships, professional events, or excursions for UCM students in their companies.

Already during my studies, I did everything I could to become a physiotherapist with the best possible practical experience. I did internships in a hospital, in the orthopaedic, neurological, and surgical departments. I also worked as the head physiotherapist at a fitness center in Bratislava. During the COVID pandemic, I decided to try starting my own practice.

I mainly draw from the theoretical and practical knowledge I gained during my studies and through various courses. Moreover, when you've practiced a particular sport yourself, you can go even deeper. I competed in karate for over 10 years, so I’m also able to support athletes on a psychological level.

"Currently, we are a center focused on regeneration and rehabilitation. My specialization within physiotherapy is neurological issues, mainly the spine. We have a colleague who specializes in therapy for the female body, and another who focuses on athletes. We strive to help the widest range of patients possible in our profession. If a client comes to us with a diagnosis that our intervention cannot help, based on our responsibility to patients, we can recommend other specialized physiotherapists or doctors."
Ťažko sa niečo vyrovná tomu, keď s tímom vyhráte prezidentské voľby. Keď som skončil vysokú školu, odišiel na do Prahy. Hľadal som si stáže či miesta vo filmových alebo reklamných produkciách. Bolo mi jedno, čo by mi dali za prácu. Odpísali mi z reklamnej agentúry, či by som to nechcel vyskúšať u nich. Tak som si povedal, že by som bol asi hlúpy, keby som to neskúsil."

“Fungujem prevažne formou home office. Je to z toho dôvodu, že veľa vecí v športe sa udeje poobede, večer, alebo cez víkend. Občas môže byť kontraproduktívne prísť do redakcie o ôsmej ráno, keď viem, že svoje články budem písať vo večerných či nočných hodinách. Keď som písal články o zápasoch futbalového Slovana Bratislava, ktoré prebiehali večer, končil som aj o tretej-štvrtej ráno."
“When I applied for my doctorate, the coach of the under-19 national football team called me. He wanted me to join them as a physiotherapist. However, the dates of the association matches were exactly the same as the entrance exams. I flipped a coin, and as it was in the air, I told myself I was more drawn to the doctoral studies."
