The Secretary of FZV UCM ensures the economic and administrative operation of the faculty and is responsible for the economic and administrative activities of the Dean's Office of FZV UCM. They cooperate with the vice-deans in areas related to the economic and operational support of their assigned activities.
The Secretary in particular:
- ensures the economic and administrative operation of the faculty;
- ensures the faculty's personnel policy;
- takes care of and is responsible for the proper management of investment property;
- ensures the spatial and material and technical equipment of the faculty;
- is responsible for compliance with legal regulations, budgetary, wage and financial discipline;
- controls compliance with the use of budget funds and is responsible for conducting analyses and reports on the implementation of the budget and the investment activity plan.
