FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES UCM IN TRNAVA
The mission of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FZV) as part of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (UCM) is to develop education based on scientific knowledge and creative scientific and artistic activity, in the spirit of national and universal humanistic and democratic traditions. FZV UCM was approved at the meeting of the Academic Senate of UCM on April 21, 2020 and was established by the transformation of the Institute of Physiotherapy, Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of UCM (IFBLR). The Faculty of Health Sciences UCM (FZV) in Trnava began its activities on June 1, 2020. The faculty contributes to the development of education as part of the culture of the entire society and at the same time contributes to increasing the scientific and economic level of society. FZV ensures the highest possible level of education for students in the field of health sciences. The department trains graduates for practice, because there is literally a hunger for experts in these professions on the labor market in our country, but also abroad.
